Stage One Construction Update

If you have been past Circa recently you would have seen the roads taking shape, including the grand entrance boulevard off Grices Road. Sewer and drainage works are complete and the team are now laying the base layer for the roads. The “base” is a layer of rock that goes underneath the bitumen layer. Once this has been complete we will start to see kerbs appear making it even more recognisable as a road!

There’s still a lot to do before the stage is complete and we will bring you more updates on progress over the coming months.
