10,000 reasons to build a new home

Great news for first time home buyers – from 1 July 2013, the state government’s First Home Owner Grant has been increased to $10,000 for newly constructed homes, along with a 40 per cent stamp duty concession.

To take advantage of the grant, eligible first home buyers could buy a block of land in a new residential community such as Circa and build a brand new home; or buy a house and land package or terrace home either off-the-plan or newly constructed being sold for the first time.
