Circa Park is now complete!

Yes, Circa is located a 5-min drive from established Eden Rise Village Shopping Centre which offers a range of major supermarket retailers as well as specialty stores. There is also a future planned shopping centre to the south of the estate, however this is still in the preliminary stages of planning.

Are there any schools nearby?

Circa is conveniently located at the doorstep of Hillcrest & Rivercrest Colleges both offering P-12 education. Circa is also located a short drive to a range of other schools including St. Catherine’s and St Frances Xavier College in nearby Berwick.

How do I buy land at Circa?

By visiting our sales office located at 211 Grices Road. Our estate managers will discuss your land needs and availability of land to suit these needs. The sales office is open 7 days from 11:00-5:00pm.

What are the benefits of building a new home, rather than buying an established home?

The benefits of building a new home include both lifestyle and financial factors. When building a new home you will be provided with stamp duty saving as stamp duty paid will solely be on the paid on the price of the land, not the house. By building a new home, you can also be quite selective in custom designing a home to suit yours and your family’s needs.

Once I purchase land, when can I begin building my home?

You are able to begin construction of your new home shortly after titles are granted for the stage of which you have purchased in. Once titles are granted, the start date of construction will generally be determined by the builder you have chosen to build with.
