Please take note of our revised hours over the Easter weekend
A recent 38-hectare acquisition at the corner of Berwick-Cranbourne & Thompsons Road will see the development of a master-planned $150 million dollar business park.
The site, which is zoned within an approved Precinct Structure Plan, will deliver a unique range of opportunities to the area such as large format retail, a service station, convenience outlets and a number of industrial lots.
Once complete, it is said the development will provide a great asset to the area and create a number of local jobs.
Thank-you to all the Circa residents who came along on Saturday night for the Circa Christmas Party.
On such a perfect warm summers night in the beautiful setting of Circa Park, the Circa Christmas Party is an event to be remembered fondly and the first of many to come!
